Measure yourself according to the diagram belows:
Lift both arms out to the side and measure around the fullest part of the chest. If you can, get someone to help you to ensure the tape measure doesn't move.
Start with your legs together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. This is generally 20cm down from the natural waist.
Measure around the natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
Please note this is only a guide, please measure yourself to avoid disappointment as all brands size garments differently.

Stick with your regular pre-pregnancy size. Our waistbands and stretch fabrics allow for your growing bump where you need it.
- Jeans may feel a little firm at first, but remember that denim will give a little with each wash and wear.
- To retain the longevity of the elasticated waist, make sure you only pull them up by the main fabric - not the stretch fabric panel which is delicate.
- Our super-stretch fabrics and elasticated waists can provide you with ongoing support and comfort post pregnancy.
Some ladies prefer to wear the elasticated waist over-belly, while others prefer to roll it down and wear under. All of our maternity bottoms can be worn either way depending on what you find more comfortable for you.
