Shipping to New Zealand?

We offer $10 AUD flat rate shipping to New Zealand

• Your parcel will be delivered within 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day your order is dispatched.
• Delivery may take longer in remote or rural areas or during promotion and sale periods
• You will receive an email once we have dispatched your order, it will contain the tracking number, so you can track your parcel straight to your door.
• Orders which are equivalent to NZ$400 shipped to New Zealand may incur customs charges and duties charged by the NZ Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorized service provider.

Delivery Options

At the checkout you have two delivery options:

1. Standard Delivery

Your order will be delivered to your nominated address and a signature will be required (if you are not home a calling card will be left advising which post office to collect your parcel from)

Authority to leave

If you are not home your parcel will be left at your front door with no signature required (Crossroads cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier)
