HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
To purchase a product on the crossroads website, simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size and colour required and click 'add to bag'. You can then go back and add additional items to your bag or click 'Buy Now'. Please note you will need your credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), including the billing address to finalise your online shopping experience.
CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it and/or update from 'My Bag'. Once your order has been confirmed however, it's not possible for you to change or cancel it prior to dispatch. In this instance the order will be sent to you and then if required you will have to return it. Please refer to our Returns Policy if you require further information.
WHAT DO I DO IF THE ITEM I AM LOOKING FOR IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ONLINE?
crossroads most popular items do tend to sell out quickly online. If you’ve seen something you must have, then we would suggest you order it without delay. However, if the item you are after is out of stock, and you are a domestic customer (Australia), please visit or contact your local store to see if the item is still available in one of our stores, or you can contact us via email at

WHAT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payment VISA, MasterCard, AMEX. Your card will be debited at the time of despatch. Please note the transaction will appear on your statement as crossroads.

All prices have a default display in Australian Dollars, including GST.

HOW DO I ADD CROSSROADS TO MY FAVOURITES?
While you’re checking out all of crossroads latest products on the site it is easy to store your favourite items in My Favourites. Simply click on the item you want and select the My Favourites button, you can then keep browsing. You can go back and view your Favourites at any time, just click on the arrowed tab to the right of your screen. When you have finished browsing the site, you can add items to your bag and checkout. The site won’t remember your choices if you close your browser, so grab your favourites while you can!
HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?
crossroads has our sizing guide across every product page. Our sizes are represented in Australian sizes as well as a guide to measuring your self against the measurements that crossroads works to.
WHAT IS CROSSROADS’ POLICY ON EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receiving it. crossroads will issue you with a full refund upon proof of purchase (original receipt), or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred. Please note: If you require a different product (rather than a different size or colour of the same product) you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund. Please refer to crossroads Returns Policy for further information. This also includes the returns address.
WHICH COUNTRIES DOES CROSSROADS SHIP TO?
crossroads only ships to australia at this time.
HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COST?.
crossroads charge a flat rate of $10.00 for any purchase to be shipped within Australia.

For delivery within Australia we use Toll Track & Trace.
