Returns Policy

We've extended our returns period over Christmas so you can gift with confidence!

Purchases made from the 16th November 2015 can be returned up until the 31st of January 2016.


PEACE OF MIND POLICY


We want you to love every purchase, but if for any reason it’s not quite right, then no dramas; we'll exchange it or give you a refund. 

We will happily refund or exchange on full price or promotionally priced product so long as:

  • You return the item to us, either instore or via post, within 30 days of purchase
  • The garment is unworn and in its original condition with tags still attached
  • You have your original sales receipt or invoice

You’re welcome to an exchange on sale items so long as:

  • You bring the item back instore within 7 days of purchase
  • The garment is unworn and in its original condition with tags still attached
  • You have your original sales receipt or invoice
If a purchase is faulty, has been incorrectly described or doesn't do what it’s supposed to, then you're welcome to our sincere apologies, plus your choice of a refund, exchange or credit note.

How to exchange an online purchase:

We offer exchanges on online purchases in any one of our stores across Australia and New Zealand, subject to the above conditions. Online exchanges can only be processed instore within 14 days of purchase.

How to refund an online purchase:

Subject to the above conditions, we’re pleased to offer you 3 options to refund your online purchase:

  1. Return your items to your most convenient crossroads store, remembering to take your order invoice with you
  2. Use our ParcelPoint service at a flat rate of $6.50, which includes tracking and proof of postage (Australian orders only)
  3. Use a track-able Post Service of your choice
